As a Yoga Instructor my goal is to help your mind and body connect and develop through repetitive stretching exercise, poses and meditation. I also provide training workshops for healing, as well as a wide range of classes for people of all backgrounds and experiences. As a chiropractic student, I am also passionate about correct alignment and movement in a way that can help keep your body agile and pain free. Yoga is an ancient practice created by the Vedic people who lived in what is now modern day India. It is not a religious practice, rather it is a tool to cultivate spirituality. Yoga is so much more than a movement practice. My classes and workshops provide an excellent opportunity to exercise your body and mind, but they’re also places to meet and share with other engaged and open-minded individuals. No matter your experience or background, you can take part in Holly's classes. It is highly suggested that anyone with previous or present injuries, or if you are new to the practice, to sign up first for a private session in order to learn how to adjust the practice to best serve you. Private sessions allow the individual and the teacher to focus on proper alignment to ensure that the movement is beneficial!
