As a yoga instructor my goal is to help your mind and body connect and develop through repetitive stretching exercise, poses and meditation. I also provide training workshops, as well as a wide range of classes for people of all backgrounds and experiences. As a chiropractic student, I am also passionate about functional movement  and movement that can help keep your body agile and pain free.

ABOUT MY PRACTICE

BEGINS WITH MOVEMENT... BUT ENDS WITH SO MUCH MORE

Yoga is an ancient practice created by the Vedic people who lived in what is now modern day India. It is not a religious practice, rather it is a tool to cultivate spirituality. It is important to honour the practice in its roots. I have linked below a place to read about yoga as a practice and a podcast on cultural appropriation with yoga.

Yoga is so much more than a movement practice. My classes and workshops provide an excellent opportunity to exercise your body and mind. Check out upcoming classes and come flow with me!

Strength and movement focused online classes.

PRIVATE SESSION

Strength & Healing - Private sessions are especially beneficial for those with previous injuries, for those that are beginners and/or for those looking for feedback on their practice.

No matter your experience or background, you can take part in Holly's classes. It is highly suggested that anyone with previous or present injuries, or if you are new to the practice, to sign up first for a private session in order to learn how to adjust the practice to best serve you. Private sessions allow the individual and the teacher to focus on proper alignment to ensure that the movement is beneficial! Please contact Holly for more details and to reserve a spot in the next class.
